Being the wonderful, loving, beautiful person i am, i have finally decided to write even a tiny bit about download so you can hear about it and pretend you were there.
it was great. i crowdsurfed loads, had people buying me drinks, and got offered weed. i met people and apparently i've scared some guy 'shaggy' cause i moshed him good in the metallica pits. go me. i got ripped off by the ice cream vendors and danced to fishbone. i met some australian drinking buddies, english drinking buddies, australian moshing buddies, luke richard and tristian, random goths, random moshing buddy and naked guy. yay.
i got on the screen while all american rejects were playing. and when cradle of filth were playing, and i was like BLAHHHH and made devil horns and that got on tv (ooohhh yeah).
dont watch the whole thing unless youre a huge cradle fan. here are some priceless quotes from the set though:
[upon having an apple thrown at him] "An apple?! Who brings a fucking apple to Donington?"
[trying to get everyone to shout louder] "You know what Axl said to me today? He said, if this British crowd doesnt shout, I'm gonna go home! ...and I'm gonna braid my hair on the way..." (or something)

This is me sporting my one-of-a-kind (cause i designed and made it) death to supermodels t shirt and being overly pleased withm yself for being at download. and beneath me you see the nice but completely random stranger who let me sit on his shoulders for the whole set so i could see what was going on :D
